DEPOSIT POLICY
We prefer checks or cash... Master Card and Visa are accepted*
* If a reservation is made less than two (2) weeks prior to arrival, a credit card is required.
All deposits are deducted from balance at Check-Out.
DEPOSITS ARE DUE:
March 1st for reservations carried over from the previous year.
Within one (1) week from the booking date on new reservations.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
1 - 3 nights reservation requires a deposit equivalent to 1 night’s stay
4 nights or more requires a deposit equivalent to 2 night’s stay
