There is no predetermined acceptable time frame for a cancellation.
The sooner you cancel, the better the chances of recovering your deposit.
If we can re-rent the Cabin/RV Space, the deposit will be refunded less a $10.00 processing fee
No-Shows automatically forfeit their deposit.
Off Season (mid October - mid May):
Deposits collected on reservations during this time may, at our discretion, be exempt of the re-rent requirement.
POLICY ON EARLY DEPARTURE
Guests are financially responsible for the complete length of their reservation. Should an early departure be requested, the following policy shall prevail:
If any of the unused days of the original reservation can be re-rented, the fees that are collected for those days will be returned to you.
